if i could give FIVE NEGATIVE STARS i would!!!
no one at the company actually knows what the sales/return policies are. i got 3 different pieces of info from 2 people (bryant brinker, in-store sales person and matt valadie - district manager) and their website. i was also lied to by both staff (crazy excuse of foam shortage delaying my exchange request and then saying tempur-pedic "requires" a mattress protector be sold with their mattresses - i spoke w/ tempur-pedic direct and was told this is a lie). bottom line, because we didn't buy the mattress direct mattress protector we cannot exchange our uncomfortable mattress. when we purchased we were NEVER told we had to buy the protector in order to get the "comfort guarantee". then i was told 3 times my exchange request was being processed. a month later i was told by matt valadie that i couldn't exchange the mattress. overall, a horrible experience. whatever happened to that little ditty, "the customer is always right"???? when i'm told 3 different things from 3 different sources, along with two blatant lies, shouldn't the company just throw in the towel and satisfy the customer?
